The tournament organization reserves the right to change or modify any rule in the interest of the proper running of the tournament. Should this occur, any changes and their justification will be communicated to all participating teams.

All games will be played under FIBA rules, with the exceptions outlined below.

Being on time

Teams must report to the venue manager 30 minutes before the start of the game.

Failure to appear at the scheduled start time will result in forfeiture of the game with a 2–0 score.

Playing Time

Each game will consist of four 8-minute quarters. A non-stop clock will be used for the first three quarters. In the final period, the clock will stop during the last 4 minutes.

In quarters played with a non-stop clock, time will only stop during time-outs and free throws.

Each team will have two time-outs per game (1 minute each), one in each half.

There will be a 3-minute warm-up period, and halftime will be a maximum of 2 minutes.

The referee will give a verbal warning when 10 seconds remain.

The ball must be handed to the referee before the throw-in only if it is taken in the frontcourt.

All games must be completed within a 60-minute time slot.

In the event of a delayed game, the organization may decide to continue the game with a running clock if necessary.
